The Zipped Fit Guarantee

If your Zipped shoes don’t fit the way they should, we’ll make it right — with one size exchange per order or a refund.

To qualify:

  • Shoes must be tried on indoors only
  • Shoes must show no signs of outdoor wear
  • Items must be returned in original condition with original packaging
  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returned pairs that meet these standards may be resold.

365-Day Zipper Guarantee

The zipper is the part we add. If it fails within 365 days, we'll fix it.

Send the pair back to us — you cover shipping to our shop. We cover shipping back to you. Repairs typically take about two weeks once we've got them.

What's covered: zipper failures of any kind. Pull breaks off, teeth separate, slider stops working, stitching comes loose at the install — all of it. If it's the zipper or where the zipper meets the shoe, it's our problem to solve. The shoe itself also needs to be in a repairable condition — if the upper or sole has given out, we can't do clean zipper work on it.

What's not: normal shoe wear (soles, uppers, laces) isn't part of the guarantee — that's the manufacturer. Same goes for accidental damage.

One honest note: if a pair comes back too worn for us to repair the zipper cleanly, we'll tell you up front and offer a discount on a fresh pair instead. We'd rather do that than send back a repair that doesn't reflect our work.
