Your custom Zipped shoes are individually handcrafted with our full-wrap around zipper installation. While they are designed to be durable and long-lasting, misuse can cause damage. We encourage you to treat them with care so they remain in top condition.
We do not recommend using a washing machine. Instead, use a soft bristle brush for cleaning. Use zipper lubricant whenever necessary (rare unless zipper isn’t clean).
